The Dashrath Manjhi Institute of Labour and Employment Studies (DMILES) is a premier government institute established by Labour Resources and Migrant Workers Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, Named after the legendary Dashrath Manjhi, the institute serves as a centre for education, research, policy development, and training in labour welfare, industrial relations, employment, and skill development.
To advance research, training and policy support in labour and employment, equipping officials, scholars and practitioners with the knowledge to protect worker welfare, safety and rights across Bihar.
